As SureFire's senior writer, it was my job to strategize, organize, write, and assist in the art direction of SureFire's annual catalogs (Illumination Tools & Tactical Products), considered to be the best in the industry.
SUREFIRE CATALOG HIGHLIGHTS...
PERSONALITY PROFILES are full-page ads for key personnel at SureFire that emphasize how their personality traits translate into best-in-class products.
SECTION INTROS introduce the catalog chapters, setting the tone for each section and explaining any technical information in easily understandable terms.
PRODUCT PAGES give compelling product descriptions, combining marketing and technical information in an interesting way.

IMTHERA THN BROCHURE
ImThera invented a device and therapy to treat sleep apnea. This brochure was written by me for the German market…it’s obviously the English, non-translated version.
ADVANCED BIONICS (COCHLEAR IMPLANT MANUFACTURER)
I've written and edited collateral pieces for Advanced Bionics, maker of cochlear implants for the deaf and those suffering from hearing loss. The voice needs to be very specific: sympathetic and understanding while also being knowledgeable, authoritative, and informative.
EARTHLINK (INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER)
During EarthLink's heyday, I was the go-to guy for sales brochures. The designs may've been limited by orange and black, but my words were free to be as colorful as necessary.
I wrote much of, and edited all of, this corporate report for MVLE, a company that provides services for the disabled and U.S. veterans. I worked on their corporate reports for the next few years as well.
